How do I redeem a Boody Gift Card for payment of my order?
To redeem a gift card during check-out, look for the grey box on the right side of the screen below the products listed in your cart and above the totals. If you are on mobile or a smaller screen you may need to click "Show Order Summary" at the top of the page to see this field. Simply click and type in the code that came in your gift card email. Make sure you click “Apply”.
DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONS
Do you have any discounts or promotions running?
We frequently offer discounts, promotions, and special offers. The best way to get discounts and promos on Boody gear is to sign up to receive our promotional emails. You can find the signup form at the bottom of this, or any page on our site. New customer signups will receive a coupon code for 15% off your order just for signing up along with exclusive offers and first access to new styles each month.
How do I apply my discount code?
Discount codes may be applied during checkout. Add items to your cart and select the checkout option. On the same page that you enter your address information you'll notice a field to enter your gift card or discount code. Enter your code here and click the Apply button. Your total should adjust to reflect your discount. Some discounts and promos do not require a code and will be applied automatically.
Can I apply multiple discount codes and/or promotional offers?
No. Only one discount offer or promotion may be used per order.
FABRIC AND CARE
What's with the scratchy tag on my new underwear?
Our undies are the comfiest out there. We don't want to mess that up with an itchy tag, but alas, government regulations require a ton of information attached to undergarments. No worries. We designed our tag to be removed with the simple tug of a thread. Don't cut it off and leave scratchy remnants. Simply locate the tag and flip around to the backside. You'll see a temporary stitch that is designed to come out. Gently tug that seam and your tag is gone completely. Tag-less and comfy once more!
How should I care for my Boody?
We recommend a warm machine wash with similar colors, using gentle biodegradable detergent, followed by air-drying in the shade. If you need to tumble dry, please select the lowest or delicate setting. Iron on a low setting. Do not dry clean.
How should I care for my Boody Padded Bras?
While hand washing is ideal, a gentle machine wash and spin is best to preserve the original aspect of our Padded Shaper Bra. We recommend that you avoid the dryer as the heat will break down any elastics and can cause dimpling in your padding. For these reasons, we also recommend that you simply take out removable padding before washing.

PAYMENT QUESTIONS
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept online payments by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or PayPal. We also offer Afterpay as a "pay over time" option which allows you to pay for your purchase in 4 easy installments every two weeks. When purchasing from Boody your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure socket layer) encryption technology. Credit card details are never stored on the Boody website in any way, and are passed on directly to our Payment Gateway (Stripe or PayPal) for authorization and authentication.
What is Afterpay?
Afterpay is an alternative payment method to credit cards and PayPal. Afterpay allows you to pay for your purchases with your debit card over 4 installments that are due every two weeks. To complete your purchase with Afterpay, add items to your cart, and proceed with checkout as usual. When you get to payment method, select Afterpay and follow the prompts from there. Your order will be completed and you will be redirected to the Afterpay sight to complete the process.
Can I send a Boody gift to a friend?
Yes, of course! During checkout, update the shipping address to the desired address.
How do I enter a coupon code?
To enter a coupon code during check-out, look for the green box above the billing details section. Simply click and type to enter your coupon code. Make sure you click “Apply”.

RECYCLING QUESTIONS
How do I properly recycle or compost Boody bio bags?
Great question! There are several ways our bio bags can have an end life.
The first way is composting (either home or industrial) as the bags are biodegradable. It will be quicker to break down through the industrial method versus the home method. Our bags contain no polyethylene and completely biodegrade in the right conditions after 10-45 days. The right condition for them to break down is at a temperature 122 degrees fahrenheit and exposed to UV light. In landfill, the bags will break down a lot more slowly than they would when composting, and they will break down without oxygen, producing methane, a greenhouse gas we need to try to avoid. Before composting, make sure the sticker and small plastic strip on the top of the bag are removed.
The second method is through soft plastic recycling. This method allows the bags to be processed at the correct facility that then turns them into things such as fitness trails, outdoor furniture, drinking fountains, bike stands, bollard fences, picket fences, road and speed humps, rumble bars and more!
