Started wearing Boody a few years ago when I found them in a pharmacy… I’ve replaced almost all of my underwear, shorts etc because of it. It’s comfy and feels nice and is good in the damn humidity. And if that wasn’t enough, this order was the absolute icing on the cake. I missed the first delivery card and since December and January were sh*tshows, I completely forgot about the order until I looked into it, and parcel was RTS. I emailed and the AMAZING Briony who sorted replacements and everything that needed checking. It was easy, and a super positive experience as a customer. And as a retail/service girly myself, it’s been an incredible example in how to interact with people in a professional but genuine way.
