I have only one way to contact your company as you only provide an email for help. My package was damage during shipping. After notifying you on 10/26, of the damage package. I received a response from Myriam on Sunday 10/27. I was asked if I wanted a refund or resent merchandise to be received within 2/3 days. I respond if I could receive in 2/3 days, please replace. Since then I have sent two follow up emails and no one responds. Also I have not received notification that a package was being sent and it is now 4 days. I have disputed the transaction with my credit card company for a refund today. I notified you in my last email that was my next step after no communication on my package . I hope this message reaches someone. It appears that you are ignoring my emails to Customer service and yet it has been two weeks since my order # BW421379 and that you have had my $128. I like your products and have made several purchases but if you can’t as a company respond to problems, I need to pass on doing business with you.
